Counselling

Counselling is a form of psychological therapy with a specific outcome and is usually facilitated across a short period of time (6-12 sessions). Through the counselling sessions I will aim to help you to approach different perspectives to the relatively recent critical incidents, emotionally cope better, and consider choices and positive steps to resolve the issues.

Counselling is recommended for anyone whose focus is only on dealing with the presenting problem and doesn’t want to explore and process the associated deeply seated roots.
