Navigating the natural physiological process of menopause involves significant hormonal changes that can profoundly impact various aspects of a woman’s quality of life and relationships. With women now spending up to one third of their lives in post-menopause, seeking support becomes crucial for enhancing the quality of their lives through this phase.

The EMBERS® Menopause-Informed CBT Model is a psychological , non-medical/ non-hormonal, therapeutic model designed to provide psychological support to women who are experiencing mental health and psychological difficulties during the menopausal transition.
